If you want your phone to notify you when new items are added to the App, make sure your Notifications are turned ON in your settings. If you prefer emails, turn notifications OFF. And under Chat, you can choose which conversations you want to be notified on by turning notifications ON under a specific Chat conversation. Happy running!
